    Yume no Bushi rules

So I was cruising freewargamesrules site and started looking at some samurai rules. And I came across this: http://www.wargamesjournal.com/resources/images/Budo_Skirmish_Rules.pdf

I assume this were written by our WJ´s Rich Jones.
If so, did you ever develop the rules further? (with the campaign system)
Also, how come there hasn´t been a samurai article in WJ either digital or printed?

Anyway, it´s a nice set of rules, very roleplay friendly, very deep into the setting.
And then again, it´s the only wargames ruleset where you´ll see the words "I´m gonna kick your ass" :P

    Cheers!

    Hi

Yeh they were by me ages ago ... I did expand them but then decided to alter the mechanics slightly as the 'card' system fell out of favour slighty with us ... currently working on a samurai adaptation of the THW mechanics I love so much with more depth put into the melee weapon detail using a lot of the ideas from Yume - so when they are finished I will no doubt get them into some sort of article - Neil allowing :-)

Well, "THW" and "Samurai" in the same sentence seems promising.
    Looking forward to it!

    Cheers!

I now have a beta version of the rules for testing if you are interested :-)

Damn, how come I missed this message?
And to think I was getting my Red Sand Blue Sky ruleset dry!

I would most definitely like to playtest the rules.
I just need the format you´d like my "reports" sent to you.

    Cheers!!!
